Digital Services Policy

We offer high-quality digital design and online management services tailored to your needs. The following policies apply to all digital products and services, including but not limited to:

• Graphic Design: Business cards, social media posters, brochures, and other marketing materials.

• Website Design & Maintenance: Custom website creation, updates, and ongoing maintenance.

• Social Media Management: Account set-up, content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

Processing Times

All digital designs and services are created to order. The following time-frames serve as a minimum guideline—actual turnaround may vary depending on workload and project complexity.

• Business Cards & Social Media Posters: 2-4 business days

• Brochures & Multi-Page Documents: 5-7 business days

• Website Design (Basic Site): 1-2 weeks

• Website Design (Advanced Site with Custom Features): Min 3-6 weeks

• Website Maintenance & Updates: 1-5 business days, depending on the request.

• Social Media Account Setup: 3-5 business days

• Ongoing Social Media Management: Weekly or monthly, based on agreement.

Revisions & Approvals

• Number of Revisions: Each design service includes up to two (2) free revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Final Approval: Once a design is approved and delivered, further changes will be treated as a new request and may be subject to additional fees.

Delivery & File Formats

• All completed digital designs will be delivered via email or a secure file-sharing link.

• Standard file formats provided include JPEG, PNG, PDF, and vector files (if applicable). Specific format requests should be made before project completion.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the digital nature of these services, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted once work has started.

• If you decide to cancel before work has begun, a partial refund may be considered.

Website & Social Media Management Terms

• Website Maintenance: Includes updates, minor content changes, and troubleshooting. Major redesigns will be quoted separately.

• Social Media Management: Includes agreed-upon content creation, posting, and engagement. The client must provide branding materials (logo, colors, brand guidelines) unless otherwise agreed.

• Account Access: For social media management or website updates, temporary access may be required. Clients remain responsible for their accounts' security.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely completion of your project, clients must:

• Provide all necessary content (text, logos, images) before the project begins.

• Respond to revision requests and approvals within the agreed-upon time-frame.
